Helpie KB is divided up into Categories, articles and tags to help structure documents, in a similar way as a wiki-like WIkipedia.
Each article can have text, images, videos, forms and styling. An Article can have one or many ‘tags’ that help identify its content and help it get found in searches. This article for example is tagged as a tutorial.
